We ask that you submit your questions in advance if possible. Please email them to Kate Blackwelder at kateb@icep.org by 8:30 AM on Thursday.

Best practices for using Zoom:

You do not need to create a Zoom account to join the meeting.
If you want to join from a mobile device, you will need to download the Zoom Cloud Meetings app.
Please keep your microphone on Mute at all times unless you are speaking to minimize background noise. (ICEP will also Mute microphones for participants as the Host in case you forget.)
Video is optional.
When you speak, identify yourself and your hospital or organization.
If a question arises during the program that you did not submit previously, please use the Chat function to send your question to all.

If you are unable to attend the program tomorrow, it will be recorded and posted on the ICEP website and social media afterward. The link will be sent by all members via email.
